ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 Result Declared. Know how to check result

Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, CISCE, has declared the much awaited ICSE and ISC results. The results has declared at 3:00 PM on its official websites.

How to Check ICSE and ISC result

  • Students can access the result through the career portals of the Council, official website as well as SMS. The results for class 10 and 12 can be checked on Council’s official website – cisce.org.
  • ICSE and ISC results can also be checked on the result page of CISCE – results.cisce.org. To check the result, students will have to login using their CISCE unique ID.
  • To check the ISC result through SMS, students need to send a message to the following number — 09248082882 — in the given format — ISC (space) Seven Digit Unique ID.
  • For ICSE result, students have to send message to 09248082882 — using the following format — ICSE (space) Seven Digit Unique ID.

Schools are able to check the results by logging into the Council’s career portal using the Principal’s login ID and password.

This year a total of 2,07,902 students appeared in ICSE exam, of which, 2,06,525 passed. As many as 112,668 were boys while 95,234 girl students have passed the exam. Similarly, 88,409 students gave their ISC exams of which, 47,429 were boys students while 40,980 were girls.

It is to be noted that on July 3, the Council had informed that the evaluation would be done on the basis of a formula, decided after consulting the statisticians of prestigious institutions as well as analyzing the exam results from the year 2015 to 2019, including the incomplete 2020 session.

Students who wish to apply for a recheck can do so through the official website of CISCE, cisce.org. The rechecking facility will only be available for the papers for which the written exam was conducted. Application for recheck can be submitted until July 16, 2020. Students will be able to access the online facility to apply for the recheck only till seven days from the result announcement date.

Head of Schools can also apply for the recheck of results through the Careers portal.

The 2020 exams for ICSE and ISC were commenced by the council in the month of February. However, CISCE had to cancel six papers of ICSE and eight papers of ISC following the concerns raised by parents regarding the Covid-19 pandemic.
