IRIS Science Fair

The “Initiative for Research and Innovation in Science” (IRIS) promotes and nurtures science and scientific research amongst young Indian innovators. With a sole purpose to recognize and reward outstanding projects, IRIS provides a platform for these geniuses to represent India at global science competitions like the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF).By the end of August, students send in their entries and only after a thorough scrutiny of projects by the Scientific Review Committee (SRC), are the best shortlisted projects chosen for the National Fair, which is held in different cities of the country.

International Environmental Conference For Young People

The UN defined children and youth as a target audience for global environmental protection at the Rio Summit in 1992. The importance of this audience is repeated at every meeting for world leaders.
The Young Agenda conferences are meant to develop activities in the areas of capacity building, environmental awareness, and information exchange, with a vision to foster a generation of environmentally conscious citizens, capable of positive action.
