Family and Values Key behind the Success of ALLEN

Family and Values Key behind the Success of ALLEN

Family might sound a simple word but it is the inner soul of human life without which no life is possible. As we celebrate the International Day of families, the journey of Mandhana family of Allen Career Institute inspires everyone with its family values of cohesiveness, caring, compassion, and culture.

ALLEN FROM A SEED TO BODHI TREE – A PERFECT ALTRUISTIC INSTITUTION

All the four Mandhana family brothers and Allen Directors, Govind Maheshwari, Rajesh Maheshwari, Naveen Maheshwari and Brajesh Maheshwari planted the seed of Allen Career Institute in Kota 34 years ago.

Allen Founder Director, Rajesh Maheshwari, laid the foundation of the Allen Career Institute in a rented room in Vallabh Bari area of Kota city outside JK Colony on 18 April 1988. Later younger brother Brajesh Maheshwari with his teaching skills, Govind Maheshwari with his administrative acumen and Naveen Maheshwari with management abilities joined hands to take Allen to new heights. Mother of Allen Directors, Mrs Krishna Devi Mandhana became the cornerstone of the Allen family who kept all the pearls of Allen family together after the death of husband, Lakshminarayan Maheshwari.

The second generation of Allen Directors has now extended the family tree of Allen with the promise of a bright future of Allen. Association of Keshav Maheshwari, son of Shri Govind Maheshwari, Anand Maheshwari, son of Shri Rajesh Maheshwari, Aviral Maheshwari, son of Shri Naveen Maheshwari, and Aman and Aradhya Maheshwari, sons of Shri Brajesh Maheshwari have consolidated the strength of Allen and are all set to take Allen to new heights.

Now the Allen tree has grown into a family of more than 10000 members who are working day and night to ensure success of Allen. Nearly 25 lakh students have taken career guidance from Allen so far. Almost 2 lakh students were enrolled in Allen in 2019-20 of whom 1 lakh aspirants were enrolled in Kota. Before it, Allen registered its name in the Limca Book of Records to enroll 66504 students in a single institution in a city. Nearly 1 lakh people are getting direct-indirect employment from Allen Career Institute in Kota for running their livelihood. Kota has earned the image of an education city due to Allen’s success and Maheshwari brothers deserve praise for it.

ALLEN FAMILY TEACHING WITH VALUES FOR SUCCESS

The Maheshwari’s are soft-spoken but articulate education entrepreneurs. They know their own business and competitors well, but never hesitate to mention their humble background.

Even a post on Allen’s website reflects this behavioural trait. “Necessity is the mother of invention, but here it is the mother of a miracle. A miracle, which has grown manifold—ALLEN Career Institute”.

The family values of unity is such that the brothers wear almost identical clothes quite regularly, speak in a similar tone and always underline that their togetherness has brought their venture this far.

The unity has helped them grow for 34 years. The results in engineering and more so in medical entrances have increased their reputation.

Allen functions like a family. There is no boss culture here. Access, respect for staff, and strong bonding with students have helped.

The Allen Career Institute family has created sensation in the Global Edtech business by striking $600 million strategic alliance with the famous Bodhi Tree conglomerate recently to embrace digital technology driven learning.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Allen Directors not only run Allen like a family but also considers the entire society as their family. Under its social obligations, Allen offers 10% to 90% scholarships in the fees. Allen in collaboration with the state government is offering free coaching to the impoverished kids in the State. After selecting the talents from a weak financial background, Allen offers scholarships to successful aspirants until graduation and post-graduation under the ‘Gudri ke Laal’ scholarship scheme for meritorious students.

Allen extends its greetings on this International Day of families!
