ALLEN Students Shine in “DHRUV”-Pradhan Mantri Innovative Learning Programme-by MHRD

Students of ALLEN Career Institute Shine in “DHRUV”- Pradhan Mantri Innovative Learning Programme, a 14-day learning programme, launched from Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Headquarters at Bengaluru. Union Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ launched this programme in the presence of Dr K Sivan, Chairman, ISRO; Wing Cdr. Rakesh Sharma, AC (Retd.) the first Indian to enter the space; Rina Ray, Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy and Professor K Vijay Raghavan, Principal Scientific Advisor to Government of India.

60 students, 30 each from Science and Performing Arts discipline, have been selected for this ambitious programme in the first batch. We are proud that 3 out of 30 Selected Students in Science Stream are from ALLEN Career Institute

JYOTIRADITYA MISHRA, NIYATI MEHTA and SMITUL VACHHANI are selected for the programme. These students were selected based on their performance in NTSE/KVPY/OLYMPIAD. DHRUV is a unique programme is named after a Pole Star DHRUV TARA and aimed to Identify, Encourage and Enrich skills and knowledge of outstandingly talented students of our Nation. 

These Students will be Mentored and Nurtured by Renowned Experts from different fields for 14 days starting from 10 October to 23 October 2019. Post Training these young brains will contribute to making 5-Trillion Dollar Economy a reality and bringing in solutions to Socio-Economic, Environmental and Political issues currently faced by the country. They will also get the rarest of the rare opportunity to meet Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in the Valedictory function on 23 October at IIT, Delhi
